The front desk staff was wonderful! I checked in Friday evening and the young woman at the desk was bright, friendly and dressed beautifully. She was there again on Saturday and while I had a bad room experience Friday night, when I returned from my event Saturday afternoon she remembered me and was ready with a new room key and a MUCH better experience! She went above and beyond and saved my weekend. Room 522 was like an entirely different hotel from room 311

The Sheraton chain is one of the oldest Hotel chains in the States and although its Heydays are gone the 'Tarrytown Sheraton' has clearly invested in its quality over the years. It was perfect for me, i had everything i needed. The staff were charming, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommended it further without hesitation.

Had a minor problem with my room but Ashley the manager handled it with quick attention plus offered me free breakfast for two days out of my five day visit my wife and I really enjoyed our visit we will be back. All the staff were beautiful people and very pleasant I thank you for a wonderful time.

love the room set up. very clean. was in back of the hotel so not much to see. But this is a dog friendly hotel so rather not have been on the same floor as dogs as i didn't know till i went to sleep and person left their dog barking all night. The elevators are a bit scary as their very old.
