The front desk staff was wonderful! I checked in Friday evening and the young woman at the desk was bright, friendly and dressed beautifully. She was there again on Saturday and while I had a bad room experience Friday night, when I returned from my event Saturday afternoon she remembered me and was ready with a new room key and a MUCH better experience! She went above and beyond and saved my weekend. Room 522 was like an entirely different hotel from room 311

I was travelling alone ( over 60!) from Europe for Business in White Plains. The Sheraton chain is one of the oldest Hotel chains in the States and although its Heydays are gone the 'Tarrytown Sheraton' has clearly invested in its quality over the years. It was perfect for me, i had everything i needed. The staff were charming, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommended it further without hesitation.

love the room set up. very clean. was in back of the hotel so not much to see. But this is a dog friendly hotel so rather not have been on the same floor as dogs as i didn't know till i went to sleep and person left their dog barking all night. The elevators are a bit scary as their very old.

Spacious room n bathroom. Restaurant n bar in hotel. Lots of TV stations. Bartender was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny.

The location was easy to get to. We drove to the Tarrytown train station and took the train to NYC. It was nice to return to a quiet, smaller town for a quiet night to sleep. Cute little town to explore the next day.

Pretty clean and comfortable; great breakfast, even if it wasn’t included; we liked that there was a Stop and Shop supermarket just across from the hotel where we could also get breakfast, if we wanted; the relative closeness to NYC

.My check inn was very fast and easy the staff was very nice. Had a minor problem with my room but Ashley the manager handled it with quick attention plus offered me free breakfast for two days out of my five day visit my wife and I really enjoyed our visit we will be back. All the staff were beautiful people and very pleasant I thank you for a wonderful time.
